Bushwalking

With thousands of acres and two ranges to explore, Bendleby is a Bushwalkers Paradise, and pets are welcome too.  There are several dedicated walking tracks with beautiful views, or you can don a backpack and head off in any direction you choose (please let us know your intended route and return time for safety!)

Maps for walking/hiking at Bendleby Ranges will give you choices of short or long walks – easy or demanding. Talk to our staff and try some of the suggested walks/hikes in the Bendleby and Hungry Ranges.

Progressive and leisure walkers are also able to pre-organise tailored routes with staff to suit individual needs of time, distance, and expertise. Walkers can arrange meeting points where water and firewood can be supplied, creating a safe and monitored, yet tranquil, experience.

When walking in the hills, we suggest you take:

• Water and snacks
• Protection from the sun
• Good walking shoes
• A jacket for the cooler part of the day

Property access and map fee of $10/vehicle if you are not staying on the property.
