Getting to Bendleby Ranges (is half the fun)

Take Main North Road through Gepps Cross following signs for the Clare Valley.  Stop for lunch at Mr Mick's Cellar Door and Kitchen.  From Clare, head to Spalding, Jamestown and Orroroo, before turning onto the Johnburgh Road and continuing onto Bendleby Ranges.

Driving from Hawker

From Hawker, drive to Cradock. Drive 10 km south of Cradock and turn left onto Pamatta Road.  Follow this road through the hills, past Glenroy Estate, and through the saltbush. Follow this road across the flat, over the hill and turn right onto the Belton-Johnburgh Road opposite Weira Downs.

Continue south on Johnburgh Road until you reach the Bendleby Ranges turn off.

Turn left onto Crotta Road and follow the Bendleby Ranges signs in to The Springs.

Unleaded Petrol and Diesel can be obtained from ProMotors, Orroroo (24hours fuel available), Peterborough Service Station and Caltex, Jamestown.

Gas is available at Peterborough Service Station and Jamestown.n
